Sounds of Strumming in Lyonville
Here are a couple of sound files from tonight’s gig with Adrian Kosky at the Radio Springs Hotel in Lyonville. It was a good night. Played lots. Some young girls were partying with their parents, I think, and they cheered after we played some old-time favorites….Oh Susannah and This Old Man. Fun!
I didn’t know my recorder was nearly over capacity when I started recording This Old Man. Oh well, I was able to capture most of the tune and that’s enough for this sample. I also recorded when we played “Cindy” one of our favorites.
